About Me

Hello! My name is Molly Clemente and I am an actress based out of Chicago IL. Ever since I was a little girl I have always wanted to be a performer and an artist. I remember sitting at the table with my mom binding books and making earrings out of old guitar picks while my dad played his bass in the corner and my sister practiced her newfound circus tricks. Needless to say, my family was full of artists already constantly learning new skills. It all started when I visited my uncle in New York and saw my very first Broadway show. Captivating actors belting their hearts out on stage in the most eccentric outfits and yet all I could focus on was the audience. The actors’ ability to make the audience feel such deep emotions was a skill I wanted to possess. From then on, every choice I made was geared towards being an actress. I auditioned for my first show in middle school and even auditioned to be on Masterchef Junior when I was twelve. Since then I have had the pleasure of being in a variety of different shows and even working behind the scenes in directing, wig design, and costume design. When I’m not on the stage you can find me baking in the kitchen to David Bowie and Journey just like my parents would have wanted. When I’m not cooking, I’m at a local craft center using a laser engraver to make whatever my heart desires. I pride my self on being a creator and knowing there is nothing I can’t do, I just need to learn how first.
